Several things: It is not uncommon for the breasts to enlarge and become painful right before your period. This is often due to fibrocystic changes.It may just be starting but could come monthly. It resolves after your period. However, one thing to consider with enlarging breasts and no period is pregnancy. If this is a possibility, get a pregnancy tesr.
