Be Careful: You need to be careful about using steroid creams around the eyes, especially for a prolonged length of time. Side effects include cataracts and glaucoma. Consult your eye doctor and your dermatologist.

No: It's a potent steroid and is not to be used on the face. Plus, there is no guarantee that any steroid formulation will work for your dark circles. Dark circles is not a sign of a disease, and need no treatment.
