No: To my knowledge, i've never seen a blood, urine or hair test for nicotine. If you are smoking, and tell your doctor, they will remind you to try to lessen or quit and hopefully offer your strategies to do so. If not you can try a national hotline http://www.Tcsg.Org/tobacco/hotline.Htm.
