Yes: There are no studies to show that subsequent pregnancies are at increased risk of miscarriage if conceived right after a miscarriage. However, most women like to have at least one normal cycle in between. Psychologically it seems to feel right to most women. But if you were to get pregnant, i wouldn't worry.
