No: Hcg levels vary tremendously from pregnancy to pregnancy. Ranges exist for particular gestational ages, but are generally very wide. The trend during early pregnancy is more important than the actual value.

Trend more important: The pregnancy hormone value for any individual pregnancy is variable. Your HCG is quite normal for early pregnancy. If it doubles in 48 hours that is a good sign.
