BACK PAIN: Back pain is generally due to musculoskeletal origin esp if relieved by medicines like Ibuprofen pain in back not generally caused by endocrine issues at your age pain can be due to ovarian origin but that is in front bone pain due to osteoporosis you are young.

Needs to be checked: We can not say for sure if it is related to your endocrine disorder without knowing what you are being treated for by the Endo. But I will suggest you get this checked by your Primary care doctor and get treated
