No: Tremors and bad breath are not related. Bad breath has to do with your oral hygine, diet and your periodantal condition. As for tremors it might be related to stress and anxiety or more serious conditions like parkinson's disease. You need to see a dentist for your bad breath and a medical doctor for your tremors.
