PMS: We don't know the exact cause of pms/pmdd; i think the hormones trigger a chemical imbalance of nerutransmitters; this is why antidepressants work. Exercise and stress relief at that time also help. Also load up on the b vitamins....Stress tabs seem to help. There are a lot of complimentary treatments for this and one that seems to work well is krill oil.
