Sneezing: Nasal spray and antihistamines can help but if you want to get to the rootof the problem see an allergist and get tested. They can guide you on your best options depending on what you are reacting to.

Allergy: The nasal sprays available will help but u need 2 c an allergist & find out the underlying problem. Oral rx r also helpful so make an appointment.
