My 10 month old son has red bumps on his cheeks and when i touch them they are warm, he is teething could that be the cause?

Doubtful: While teething may cause a bit of irritability and very low grade temperature, unless the bumps are from the excessive drooling (and this is usually right around the mouth), bumps on cheeks and other places would not be attributable to teething. It may be a little heat rash, irritation from something that contacted his cheeks (detergents, soaps, perfumes, etc). Would just keep an eye on things.

Unlikely: There are many issues associated with teething but what you are describing is caused from something else.
