Growth abnormality: Your leg is likely bowed from an injury or a local problem with different rates of growth on the outside compared to the inside of the bone. You are young enough yet that if this is the problem, it may be able to be treated with prolonged splinting. Especially since it is painful, you definitely need a doctor.
