Possibly: There are reports of some benefit. Looks like you are already on retin a (tretinoin) which has an excellent track record in the treatment of acne.

Probably: You state you already have scarring. This is serious, and I am sorry you were not treated appropriately. Pantothenic acid has some effectiveness against acne, and would be a reasonable supplement to a scientific treatment plan beginning with topical benzoyl peroxide and adding topical or systemic prescription meds as required. You have a choice -- some hollywood men prize their scars.
