Talk to your doctor: Any bleeding in pregnancy, you should talk to your doctor. Most women will have some bleeding in pregnancy, and typically if it's just a tiny speck or spot, it's nothing, but definitely call your doctor and let him/her know. Sometimes it's not even coming from uterus, but from cervix which is very vascular and can happen after sex due to irritation. Hopefully it's nothing, but call your doctor.
