Bradycardia: It depends on the cause and severity of your bradycardia. Some people have bradycardia but have no symptoms. 43 is low but not critically low and if it is only once or twice but the rest in upper 40s and lower 50s, you may not even need treatment. Your cardiologist will need to go over that with your and advise you on that.

It depends: If you are having symptoms of dizziness, fatigue or shortness of breath with the bradycardia you may be asked to stop any medications that slow heart rate. If you are not on any medications that do that and have symptoms you may need a pacemaker. Of you have no symptoms then probably no concern especially if bradycardic during sleep. Talk it over with your doc.
