Go see your doctor: You've listed thyroid disease so you need to get checked to be sure this isn't cause of your symptoms. You're awfully young for menopause but that could explain your symptoms in those in their 40s-50s. If any of your friends, family or roommates report that you snore, you need to get checked out for sleep apnea as a cause of your symptoms. But start w/your family doc first.

Have you : Been checked for diabetes? Night sweats is common in diabetics or raynaud's disease. See your gp for tests and treatment.
