Ovulate 2wks b4 mens: Ovulation occurs 2 weeks prior to menses. If your egg isn't fertilized & implanted, then you slough off your uterine lining as your menses/period. If you regularly get your menses on 21st, then you ovulate around 7th. Plan on having fun a few days before to a few days after (sperm can live a few days). Also, go see family doc for preconception counseling & start prenatal vitamins now to lower ntd.
