Yes but only if . . : Protected. It's still very possible to catch or transmit sexually transmitted disease/infection via oral sex w/o protection. Presumably you'll be safe from pregnancy. Of course, if you're in a mutually monogamous relationship, then "safety" really isn't an issue. Otherwise, plan to use some form of protection, eg condom or dental dam (http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/dental_dam), altho not very sexy.

Yes and no: It's a tricky question. If you are with one trusted partner and it causes no discomfort to you and her and it is consensual on both sides and brings pleasure to both of you, then - yes. If the above are compromised, then it may not be unsafe for you or your partner and may not be nearly as pleasant.
