I have a bone bruise and a cheer tournament coming up what should i do?

Go to it: Well if you are just going to the tournament to watch then if you are comfortable then go. Bone bruises typically are self limited- dont require intervention. However, can be painful for a few months. Also i guess would depend on what bone you bruised.
