Is neem cream effective at all for acne outbreaks?

Creams: Topical antiacne treatment can be very effective. While we often have to add an oral antibiotic, like one of the tetracycline derivatives, this cannot be used in pregnancy or if there is an allergy to the medicine. I am not personally familiar with this cream, but it does not sound like the prescription creams which are authorized by the fda for use in acne. See a dermatologist!
