Smelly pits/pubis: B.O. Is accompanied by a thick type of sebum and called apocrine sweat. This type of sweat often harbors gram-positive bacteria which are the real smell causers in human sweat and skin odor. If you use a topical prescription antibiotic like Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) t solution, you may be able to get rid of these quite nicely. It is also helpful to talk to a dermatologist, of course.
