Fever of a little over 100 (100.3 at first, then went to 100.6) thinking bronchitis is the cause. what should i do?

Fever: Fever of 100 needs workup. More so if fever persists. Bronchitis may or may not be the cause. A thorough physical examination, xray and blood test are indicated.

Bad cough, with mucous. mild fever but not over 100. no cold first. day 5 not much better. bronchitis or walking pnemonia? wait it out or go to MD?
Can bronchitis, sinus infection & fever cause ESR to go up? Mines was 110, now I feel 100% (4 weeks later) it's back to normal. Tested ANA, SPEP & other test all Normal. Btw this was 4 years ago.
