Arm fractures: Were casts put on your arms after they were fractured? If so, how long did the orthopedic surgeon say they should be left on? Are you itching to exercise but are wearing casts? Only your orthopedic surgeon knows the specifics of your case. That is who you will need to direct this question to. Please don't remove a cast or casts before getting more medical guidance.
