Anxiety: An evaluation would be a good place to start - that way you know what you are dealing with. You could consider psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy. Exercising daily , spending time outdoors & aiming for at least 8 hours of sleep per night can help. Additionally, consider tai chi, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises, acupuncture & yoga. Take care.
