A member asked:

I have inverted nipples and have been breastfeeding for 4 months. will they evert eventually?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sometimes: Sometimes inverted nipples will evert with breastfeeding, but sometimes not. If your baby is exclusively breastfeeding and growing well after 4 months, you are doing very well. Sometimes using a breast pump can help. You may also find it useful to consult a lactation consultant in your area.
