Talk to your surgeon: Burning, stinging, itching, transient pains can all be normal, but your surgeon should see you to evaluate. I hear of burning complaints sometimes and they do go away, but make sure your surgeon doesn't think there is infection.

Maybe...: A variety of uncomfortable sensations may occurred after any surgical procedure, but only your plastic surgeon will be able to tell you whether what you are experiencing is “normal” or whether it is a sign/symptom of a complication.
