Yes: You probably noticed an increase in breast size and tenderness throughout pregnancy. The skin around the breast is getting stretched in most women causing itching or a burning sensation. The nipple also darkens and gets wider. These are normal breast changes during pregnancy. Lanolin is a good over-the-counter nipple cream.
