Please see doctor: "stomach pain" can be caused by lots of things & may indeed originate outside the GI tract. Further evaluation is in order before anyone can answer "what to do." your doctor will want to re-examine you as well as know the quality, timing, duration, location, & associations (eating, position, activity, stooling, urinating) of your pain to better direct the next appropriate testing.

Consult a GI: Upset stomach after each meal is serious. Many causes , could be reflux disease, helicobacter pylori or even a cancer of the stomach, gallbladder disease, pancreas disease. Best advice is to see a gastroenterologist and have an endoscopy.

Unsure: There are many causes for an upset stomach. Local causes may include:gastritis, celiac disease, ulcers, tumors and blockages. Non-local GI causes include:gallbladder disease, small or large bowel obstruction. Other causes include:central nervous system disorders.Medications can also cause this. Your dr should be able to help you find out your specific reason.
