Might not be evident: If you suffered a small stroke, due to an embolic blood clot, you could experience a small local bleed of minimal consequence in same location. But if you had a large bleed, you would have bad headache, dizziness, blurring of vision, nausea and vomiting, besides focal numbness and weakness. Best way to tell is to have MRI images.
