At what age is it not uncommon to get brain hemorrhages?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

In the young: Most brain hemorrhages are due to uncontrolled hypertension. Hypertension can be found from late childhood to the elderly, however treatments are available. In the elderly hemorrhages are frequently seen from amyloid deposition in the arteries. In the middle years, hemorrhages are associated with av malformations, cancer stroke and anticoagulants (used to treat other disorders).
