Why . . why not?: It's best to avoid "unhealthy food" whenever possible, so a phobia of it might actually come in handy. Many experts in nutrition say, "there are no unhealthy foods, just unhealthy quantities." avoiding significant quantities of foods that are associated with obesity, diabetes, heart disease, inferior performance etc., is a good thing. But, there is no reason to fear the foods themselves.
