Afternoon headaches: Among the causes are missing meal i.e. Lunch and breakfast, taking in too much caffeine, stress at school or at work, inadequate sleep and exposure to substances that trigger headaches such as perfumes, odors, second hand smoke or foods such as chocolate, eggs, milk products and citrus fruits.
