Is it possible that soda be the reason for my headaches?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Headache and soda: There are many dietary contributions to headaches. Daily caffeine in soda or too much sugar can both contribute to headaches. For some people, artificial sweeteners in diet sodas cause headaches. When we request an elimination diet to improve ha, soda is on the list to avoid, as are many other potential triggering foods.
