Heart rate: The normal range of resting heart rate is considered 60-100, but many people have lower heart rates than that and are in good health. Physical fitness like running, cycling, swimming often leads to lower hr and some people are normal even in the 40's range. If you have high bp, some meds lower the hr, such as beta blockers.
