You don't: Unless it is a yeast infection, u can get otc yeast meds, you need to see yoru gyn for proper diagnosis and treatment as many diff bacteria can cause an infection and u can have yeast and bacteria at the same time, u can get on pro-biotics to help prevent infections but probiotics or acidolphilus pills will not treat the infection.
