Iron level keep falling without iron injections. how do i keep them up naturally?

Why?: Why is your iron level falling? Continued bleeding? I would try to fix the root cause. Iron by mouth or by IV can help replenish, but will be continuous until the cause of iron deficiency is fixed (if possible).
