Even though you have not gained weight on junk food, so far, it is still not good for you and you could be accumulating lesions in your blood vessels. Try to have diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans, legumes and low in saturated fats. Exercise 30 minutes/day.
