A member asked:

I changed my pill and told to break between, my period is 15 days late. a pregnancy test was -ve . is this normal, when should i start the new pill?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Now: There's no need to break between pills. Most physicians now recommend quick start which means you start when you get the prescription. It may take a month or two to get regular in yetms of bleeding, but it's worth it. After 7 days on the new prescription you are covered for pregnancy protection so long as don't miss a pill. Good luck!
