ACNE TREATMENT: If the acne rash is new onset and is not to bad then you can use benzyl perixide wash twice a day, if it does not get better then you need to see your doctor who can prescribe either anibiotic like lacal erythromycine or clindamycine or a combination of benzyl parexide and antibiotic gel, if that dont help you will need a retinoin gel or cream and in worst cases you will need oral antibiotics.

Acne: Usually the first things we try are topical retinoids (retin-a). These medicines are good for comedonal acne (whiteheads and blackheads). Topical antibiotics and things like benzoyl peroxide are also good for starters. Finally, oral antibiotics and then Accutane are reserved for worse (and the worst) types of acne. You should see a dermatologist to see what options are best for you.
