Ankle sprain: Several exercises. 1/ rotation of ankle c-clockwise for a while, then counterclockwise. 2/extension and flexion repitition. 3/ after a couple of days add toe raises. 4/ then toe raises standing on a 2x4. 5/ then hookiing your foot under a heavy object (couch, etc) and trying to lift it. Giv several days between adding each exercise. 6/try standing on the outsides of your feet for ^ time perio.
