Here is the math: A 30% glucose solution contains 30 gms of glucose in 100 ml of solution, that would be 6 gms in 20 ml. A tablespoon of sugar is about 12 grams of sugar. Therefore 20 ml of a 30% glucose solution is equivalent to about 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. I'm not sure how this info helps you, but there it is.
