Yes: Yes, if it goes back easily then there is no problem. You will not hurt anything by pushing it back. Many people have hemorrhoids that come out during a bowel movement. However if it becomes "stuck" outside, hard throbbing and very painful it may have thrombosed. While this will go away eventually by itself, most people prefer to seek immediate relief with medical attention.

Can be done: You have internal hemorrhoid. You have reduced it or pushed it back in. This can be done. Many patients note that it is hard to be clean and reducing the hemorrhoid makes them want surgery. If it becomes problematic see a surgeon for treatment.
