Orgasm: If you are on your period and had an orgasm, then your uterus may spasm more expressing more blood. The bleeding should slow to normal. If not and if you are still dizzy, you should go get checked out.

Probably need to see: Doctor. Being in the shower may have caused some 'peripheral pooling' that caused the dizziness, but you need to be checked to make sure you aren't anemic, as the cause of the fainting. It seems most likely that the combination of a physiologic decrease in blood pressure after masturbation and the heat of the shower caused you to get light headed.
