I was on bc pills from '06 to oct '12. i had no period until 5/13 & no other as of yet. will getting back on the pill restart a normal cycle?

Something wrong: It sounds like some sort of a hormonal problem causing the irregular periods, and the birth control pills were likely 'masking' the problem. Bcps will cause monthly bleeding episodes, but they are an 'artificial' period, not a 'normal' cycle, .
