Free clinic: Look up a nearby free or underserved clinic. County medical centers are also a good option. But you need to be seen asap for anything that you can describe as a "hardcore infection". Dont delay. If you can't find any place, then just go to the nearest er and the financial part can be dealt with later. This needs to be checked/treated immediately!

Need to be seen: If you have a significant infection, you will need to see someone to get antibiotics & get it taken care of. Go to findahealthcener.Hrsa.Gov & you can find a community health center near you. These centers have a sliding fee for seeing uninsured patients; bring $20 & your income information, & usually, they'll see you.
