Be carefull danger: Rhabdomyolysis is a condition in which damaged skeletal muscle tissue breaks down rapidly breakdown products of damaged muscle cells are released into the bloodstream; some of these, such as the protein myoglobin, are harmful to the kidneys and may lead to kidney failure.To protect your self the should aware of it and treated as soon happened.Thanks good luck.

Fluid, fluid, fluid.: Trauma and medications are typical causes of mscule breakdown (rhabdomyolysis)..If the muscle enzyme (ck) level is less 10000, it is not likely to harm the kidneys. Keeping adequate hydration is all the is needed. If ck >10k or 15k level, more aggressive IV fluid is needed to force-diuresis and remove it as high level of this (ck/myoglobin) can be renal-toxic...
