Maxim: My favorite treatment for excessive sweating is maxim, a liquid you apply at bedtime. Few drugstores carry it, but you can find it online. It shuts down the sweat glands. If that doesn't work i suggest the drionic device, a gadget (also available online) that turns off the sweat glands with electricity. I have no financial interest in these products.

Sweating: Isolated foot sweating would probably respond well to drysol (aluminum chloride) solution. If that doesn't work then iontophoresis would be the next step. A last step would be botox. This also works great but is very expensive and would not be covered by most insurance (to the best of my knowledge).
