Pigmentation: I don't think it will help. Most of the time it is from pigmentation after skin disease. Should get lighter eventually but could take ears. If pigmentation came on recently without any skin issues from before you should see a doc because it could be rarely a condition called acanthosis nigricans which is a manifestation of other internal diseases.
