Counselor: You may choose to get a counselor with whom you will be able to discuss your problem and hopefully get helpful tips how to overcome it. He may recommend you see a doc if he discovers you have troubles with depression/anxiety for example.

Anxiety: Confide in someone you trust and feel close to and talk openly as to what might be bothering you. Often times the obvious stressors evade us until we talk out load with another person and are open to honest feedback.
