Premature Ejaculate: Premature ejaculation (pe) may effect more men than even erectile dysfunction. The normal time from penetration to ejaculation is around 2 minutes. Some men cannot delay ejaculation but for a few seconds after penetration and some cannot even penetrate first. Numbing creams and "distraction" methods work, but not always. Kegels (pc squeeze) is unreliable. Using ssri meds off-label for pe works.

Yes: The withdrawal method is not reliable for prevention of sexually transmitted infections or pregnancy. Condoms are the only method of contraception shown to decrease the spread of stis.

Yes: Ejaculation has nothing to do with contracting this condition. Merely placing the penis into the vagina that has this organism in it is what give you the infection. A condom will prevent this (and a lot of other things!).

Sometimes: Semen is produced in the prostate and is expelled when you ejaculate. Prostate infection causes inflammation and pain can occur in the prostate, penis, testicles and pelvis. The prostate is most active during arousal / ejac and penis pain is common. Color, volume and consistency of the semen can change. See an md for possible antibiotics. Other causes include: urethral scar, urine infx, stis.
