Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nonspecific. An early viral infection may be the cause. Diarrhea, sore throat or head cold may follow. At this time treatment would be resting, drinking adequate fluids, following a bland, soft diet with no roughage. Drinking flat ginger ale helps the nausea. Take Tylenol as needed.
